Although we are based in Brisbane, we do not offer local pickups and offer free standard delivery Australia-wide.

Shipping to New Zealand at $16.95 standard rate.
If other international shipping is required, please get in touch.
Interior Design Services - Shipping
All shipping costs will be included and paid for during our Interior Design Services, if procurement and placement is a component of them. If your services do not include procurement and placement, the shipping costs will not be included in your services. This will all be clearly detailed within our agreement.
Returns.
Our Products - Returns and Exchanges
If you need to return something, please get in touch via our returns form. In the rare case of a faulty product, we will happily refund or provide a store credit - whichever you choose. Should you change your mind once the product is dispatched, we can offer a store credit upon receipt of the returned product, with the return shipping paid for by you.
Our Products - Return Cost
Should you change your mind once the product is dispatched, the return shipping is paid for by you.
If it is a faulty product, we would request the goods be returned to us, with the return shipping paid for by us.
Interior Design Services - Returns
For services which include procurement and placement - All pieces procured will have been approved by you, the Client, however if they arrive and there are any claims applicable (damage, missing items etc.) we will handle these claims and get replacements sorted. All claims must be lodged within 48 hours of delivery. If you change your mind on something, the returns and exchanges process of the item will need to be handled by yourself in line with the suppliers requirements.
